Business Technology & Communications: This concentration course combines communication and technology in business and office environments. This is the second course in the pathway
Business Management & Leadership: This is the capstone course in the pathway and required for completion of the pathway.
The work based learning is met during the Business Management and Leadership course. Students will be running their own small business, the first ever YLHS Student Store, Mustang Market.
he Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Pathway includes the following courses:
Introduction to Culinary Arts: This is the introductory course required by each entering MBA student
Culinary Arts: This concentration course and follows the introductory course in the pathway
Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management: This is the capstone course in the pathway and required for completion of the pathway.
Hotel & Hospitality Occupations (CC/CVE) or Retail Restaurant (CC/CVE): This ROP course allows for students to meet their work-based learning requirement by using their classroom skills in a real world workplace.
